The spike fragrance is quite sweet and all of the notes listed are accurate. It's a little similar to their kissaten fragrance, which is my usual go-to when going out. Compared to kissaten, which is warm with vanilla, saffron and tabacco, spike is a little more woodsy and slightly fruity from the amberwood and resin all while keeping the sweet warmth of the saffron. Someone who commented on the scent while I was wearing it noted that there's almost a slight cotton candy undertone to the smell, which I would agree with.
I would say its definitely more of a fall scent so right around when this review is posted is likely the perfect time to check it out, especially if you've worn and enjoyed their kissaten fragrance.
Lucky cat continues to impress me personally with their subtle yet high quality fragrances that are a complete steal at their price point.
